Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer to strengthen our software systems, pivotal in planning the growth of Data Centers, managing supply schedules, and fostering supplier relationships. This role involves close collaboration with the team, client interaction, and direct contributions to building high-performance platforms that support future Logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to resolve obstacles and challenges
• Work closely with a Europe-based Lead to ensure smooth team coordination
• Engage as a primary contact in client-side Management and Product Owner meetings
• Participate in hands-on software development as a senior-level Software Engineer
• Contribute to design and architecture discussions while providing estimates for deliverables
• Drive timely delivery of software solutions while focusing on quality outcomes
• Offer guidance and share knowledge to improve team performance
• Monitor project progress, report achievements, and identify risks
• Address technical challenges independently with innovative approaches
• Participate in development and integration activities throughout the system implementation stages

• 3+ years of experience in software development and integration roles across all system life cycle stages, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java
• Some exposure to supporting teams or projects at higher responsibility levels
• Knowledge of SQL required for database integration and operations
• Background in direct client communication, such as providing status updates or discussing workloads
• Competency in solving technical problems independently
• Strong organizational skills essential to handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Guice, and Protocol Buffers
• Understanding of Guava to enhance application performance
• Flexibility to adapt to emerging technologies as project needs evolve
