We're looking to recruit a Senior Java Developer to join our cross-functional scrum team within a business capability POD.
The right candidate will possess deep proficiency in Java and Spring Framework, and will play a crucial role in crafting backend solutions that improve business operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop, refine and sustain the Java codebase
- Architect and create back end micro-services and REST APIs
- Undertake exhaustive unit testing to ensure sturdy software performance
- Conduct consistent code reviews to uphold superior code quality
- Preserve adherence to and promote conventions like code review, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Participate vigorously in SCRUM ceremonies to enhance team cooperation
- Involve yourself actively in estimation and planning sessions to ensure project coherence
- Mentor and advise other developers

- At least 3 years of development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree in Computer Science favored
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Competency in developing APIs and understanding microservices architecture
- Background in financial services, particularly in wealth management, is beneficial but not mandatory
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
- Understanding of financial services industry standards
