Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to become part of our dynamic scrum team, situated within a business capability POD.
The perfect candidate will possess profound expertise in Java and Spring Framework, contributing significantly to the creation of backend solutions that boost business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and upkeep the Java codebase
• Architect and implement back end microservices and REST APIs
• Ensure comprehensive unit testing to uphold robust software performance
• Perform consistent code reviews to preserve superior code quality
• Follow and advocate for best practices including code review, unit testing, and continuous integration
• Collaborate actively in SCRUM ceremonies to strengthen team collaboration
• Contribute actively to estimation and planning sessions to align with project objectives
• Mentor and offer support to other developers

• At least 3 years of development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree in Computer Science is preferable
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
• Competency in crafting APIs and understanding microservices architecture
• Background in financial services, especially in wealth management, is beneficial but not required
• Upper-intermediate mastery of English (B2+)
