Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and upkeep the Java codebase
- Architect and implement back end microservices and REST APIs
- Ensure comprehensive unit testing to uphold robust software performance
- Perform consistent code reviews to preserve superior code quality
- Follow and advocate for best practices including code review, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Collaborate actively in SCRUM ceremonies to strengthen team collaboration
- Contribute actively to estimation and planning sessions to align with project objectives
- Mentor and offer support to other developers

- At least 3 years of development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree in Computer Science is preferable
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Competency in crafting APIs and understanding microservices architecture
- Background in financial services, especially in wealth management, is beneficial but not required
- Upper-intermediate mastery of English (B2+)
- Understanding of financial services industry standards
