Senior Java Developer

We are in search of a skilled Senior Java Developer to enhance the functionality of our critical software systems, which play a vital role in planning Data Center development, managing supply timelines, and sustaining supplier relationships. You will work closely with the team, interact with clients, and make direct contributions to creating high-performance platforms that advance future Logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and remove blockers
• Coordinate with a Europe-based Lead to maintain seamless team interactions
• Represent the team in client-side Management and Product Owner meetings
• Develop software as a senior-level Software Engineer with hands-on contributions
• Drive design and architecture discussions while estimating project deliverables
• Prioritize timely delivery of software solutions with an emphasis on quality
• Share guidance and insights to strengthen team collaboration
• Facilitate project progress through monitoring, achievement tracking, and risk management
• Solve technical challenges independently using creative approaches
• Engage in development and integration activities throughout the system implementation life cycle

• Background in software development and system integration spanning analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support for at least 3 years
• Proficiency in Java with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to teams or projects in roles requiring greater responsibility
• Knowledge of SQL for database integration and operations
• Previous exposure to direct client interactions, such as status updates or workload discussions
• Showcase of problem-solving abilities to address technical issues independently
• Competency in managing tasks effectively while meeting deadlines

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Guice, and Protocol Buffers
• Understanding of Guava for optimizing application efficiency
• Flexibility to use emerging technologies based on evolving project needs
