Responsibilities

  • Design and implement microservices architecture leveraging Java and Spring
  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient code using Java 11
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate Amazon Event Bridge, Amazon Kinesis, and Amazon MQ into applications
  • Work with Docker to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of applications
  • Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and facilitate automation testing in CI pipelines
  • Manage backend development tasks utilizing Oracle, DB2, and Amazon Aurora databases
  • Monitor application performance using Amazon CloudWatch and take corrective actions when necessary
  • Develop features integrating RabbitMQ for handling distributed messaging effectively
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and practices in the AWS environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

  • Proven experience of working in microservices architectures
  • Solid experience in AWS cloud with specific expertise in Amazon EventBridge, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon MQ, and Docker
  • Proficiency in Java, particularly Java 11 and Springboot frameworks
  • Capability to implement and maintain Oracle, DB2, and Amazon Aurora databases
  • Background in utilizing Jenkins for CI and familiarity with automation testing in CI pipelines
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with AWS Aurora
  • Understanding of Apache Cassandra
  • Proficiency in Redis configurations for enhanced performance
