Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the Java codebase
- Design and build back-end microservices and REST APIs
- Conduct comprehensive unit testing to ensure software reliability
- Perform regular code reviews to maintain high standards in code quality
- Follow and advocate for best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Take an active role in SCRUM ceremonies to strengthen team cohesion
- Contribute actively to estimation and planning sessions to support project alignment
- Offer mentorship and guidance to other developers

- A minimum of 3 years of development experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; preference for a Master's degree in Computer Science
- Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework
- Competency in building APIs and familiarity with microservices architecture
- Background in financial services, particularly in wealth management, viewed as a valuable asset but not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+ level)
- Understanding of financial services industry standards
