Senior Integration Engineer

We are searching for a Senior Integration Engineer interested in modern technology and with a knowledge of programming foundation.

Our API and Integration (APIN) practice helps clients overcome complex integration and API enablement challenges. We provide a full spectrum of services, from consulting (API Strategy, Program/Governance, Adoption) to architecture and delivery. APIN Practice specialists have substantial experience in creating and governing decoupled, reusable, and highly scalable API and Integration solutions.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, a well-equipped office in Tbilisi or coworking spaces in Batumi and Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Business Analysts and Solution Architects on functional and technical designs
  • Provide support to the project leadership team with scoping and estimation
  • Collaborate with Architects and BAs to understand the requirements and technical designs
  • Develop, configure, test, and support solutions that meet client needs
  • Enforce coding standards and perform code reviews
  • Ensure quality by performing comprehensive unit testing
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in Integration technology
  • Java background
  • Hands-on experience in Integration products such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Tibco, etc
  • Competency in RESTful APIs and microservice architectures
  • Ability to work with messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS), SQL, and NoSQL databases
  • Expertise in synchronous and asynchronous services
  • Skills to identify project risks and provide mitigation plans
  • English level - Upper-intermediate and higher
Nice to have
  • Relevant certification Integration products such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Tibco
  • Competency in test automation frameworks
  • Background in Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD concepts
  • Web Services (SOAP) and understanding of XML and XSLT transformations
  • Open-minded approach to emerging tasks
