We are looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality instructional materials and training programs that meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, implement best practices in instructional design, and manage a team to deliver effective training solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop instructional materials and training programs for internal use
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop appropriate content
- Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design best practices into training materials
- Use a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance learner engagement and comprehension
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Manage and oversee a team of instructional designers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and support to instructional designers in developing high-quality training materials
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instructional design to continually improve training materials
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members

- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
- Proficiency in utilizing instructional design tools and technologies, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
- Background in adult learning theory and instructional design models
- Experience managing and leading a team of instructional designers
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
