We seek a talented Senior Identity & Access Manager with extensive expertise in the One Identity solution. Help us seamlessly elevate our IT infrastructure by integrating advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and processes that are pivotal in maintaining security and compliance.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Lead the final implementation and administration of One Identity (OI) solutions
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Support the integration of One Identity with existing IT systems
• Provide expert troubleshooting and resolve complex IAM issues
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices

• 8+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience, with a strong focus on One Identity solutions
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex IAM projects from conception to implementation
• In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, frameworks and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges
• Expertise in conducting thorough risk assessments and ensuring compliance concerning identity and access governance
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
