- Lead the final implementation and administration of One Identity (OI) solutions
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the integration of One Identity with existing IT systems
- Provide expert troubleshooting and resolve complex IAM issues
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices

- 8+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience, with a strong focus on One Identity solutions
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex IAM projects from conception to implementation
- In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, frameworks and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges
