We are currently seeking a driven and knowledgeable Senior Guidewire Business Analyst to enhance our team.
This individual will play a crucial role in improving the performance and efficiency of our business processes through their deep understanding of Guidewire and associated technologies.

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on the ticketing system to assess incidents and determine the appropriate action, whether to resolve or escalate
• Perform root cause analyses and provide suggestions for system performance enhancement
• Offer expertise and support in workflow designs
• Organize and lead sessions for requirements gathering, meetings, and presentations
• Head the sessions to finalize and approve business requirements with stakeholders
• Develop and sustain solid relationships within business units to fully grasp their needs
• Work closely with development and testing teams to offer guidance and troubleshoot issues
• Recommend solutions that emphasize both efficiency and consistency across different products
• Engage in the development and planning of User Acceptance Testing, including outlining the test steps and scripts
• Direct the UAT execution phase to ensure the approval of the user acceptance tests

• Minimum of 3 years in business analysis within the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance sector
• Proficiency in Guidewire, integration with external systems, and policy administration solutions
• Experience in iterative and agile methodologies; understanding of SDLC & PMLC processes
• Competency in writing various types of requirements and documentation, including business process diagrams
• Understanding of IT solutions for enhancing business process automation
• Background in visualization tools
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively
• Experience with project and business tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SharePoint, UI mockup tools
• High proficiency in English communication skills at a B2+ level
