We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Functional Tester to join our team in Guadalajara.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our healthcare systems and applications through meticulous functional testing. You will play a pivotal role in developing test plans, executing test cases, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough functional testing of healthcare systems and applications
• Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios
• Execute test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure prompt resolution of identified issues
• Maintain detailed and organized test documentation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet testing objectives and project deadlines
• Participate in initiatives to improve testing methodologies, tools, and efficiency

• Must be located in Guadalajara and available for a hybrid work schedule
• Background in developing and maintaining Test Plans and Test Case Development
• Expertise in Test Strategy development and leading testing teams
• Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, soapUI
• Expertise in web testing and familiarity with testing microservices/distributed systems
• Skills in generating metrics and reports across the SDLC as directed by the team
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Knowledge of SQL and capability to triage technical issues effectively
