We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team, specializing in the implementation and support of the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite. You will leverage your technical and functional expertise to deliver tailored solutions for our clients' Workforce Management needs, ensuring seamless configurations, integrations, and project success.

Responsibilities
- Configure WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite modules, including Time, Scheduling, and Integrations, using JavaScript, HTML, and related scripting tools
- Support and lead requirement gathering, validation, and refinement during client workshops
- Maintain proper naming conventions, understand database impact, and follow the correct implementation sequence of WFS configurations
- Analyze and suggest WFS enhancements to refine and optimize solutions
- Proactively communicate roadblocks and seek guidance when required
- Create and debug complex formulas leveraging mathematical and programming skills
- Conduct unit and system testing to ensure all requirements are met
- Facilitate client workshops, adhering to best practices to deliver high-quality results
- Identify, manage, and escalate project scope issues and potential delays to stakeholders
- Collaborate with WFS internal teams to ensure the success of implementations
- Support clients with software testing, data migration, and go-live activities for a smooth transition
- Implement WFS solutions while adhering to company policies and standards
- Provide troubleshooting and configuration expertise to resolve system issues effectively
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Workforce Management, HCM, or HR-related systems
- 1+ years of experience in SQL (writing simple to moderate queries, including SQL report creation)
- 1+ years of experience or proficiency in JavaScript, HTML or other scripting tools
- Knowledge of HCM functional domains and associated business processes
- Background in programming with languages such as Java, C#, C++, or SQL
- Expertise in business applications like Excel and database management systems
- Understanding of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Actuate (preferred)
- Capability to customize templates, troubleshoot product settings, and manage the sequence of configuration implementations
