As a spearhead in our DevOps Finance P2P team, you will play a critical role in transitioning from our traditional systems to innovative, efficient solutions that enhance our operational capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Develop new features and maintain existing systems focusing on efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy dynamic end-to-end web solutions
- Drive the migration from older tech stacks like Oracle 12 Forms to more modern frameworks
- Utilize webservices to bridge the gap between data storage and user interfaces
- Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including crafting deployment scripts
- Participate in all life cycle phases of full stack development, assuring the quality of both frontend and backend components
- Handle the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Identify and troubleshoot various application issues and coding bugs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring data security
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and promote their adoption within the team
- Proficiency in Kotlin with 4+ years of work experience
- Expertise in ReactJS including 4+ years of actual project implementation
- Capability to work on both frontend and backend services
- Background in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab
- Understanding of managing legacy systems alongside developing new solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Azure or other cloud services
- Background in Retail Tech technology implementations
