We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to serve as a pivotal member of our engineering team.
As the initial contributor to our group, the candidate will play a crucial role in setting the architectural groundwork and steering the progression of our pioneering software product. The focus of this role encompasses both technical excellence and astute leadership, melded with keen adherence to the Pivotal Labs framework to cultivate a collaborative, iterative, and user-driven design environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop a universal Flutter application, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across various platforms, including web, mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Design and manage a microservices architecture on Google Cloud Platform, enhancing interservice communications with REST and event-based messaging
- Develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot framework, focusing on writing clean, test-driven, and maintainable code
- Implement effective data strategies by integrating Redis for caching with ElasticSearch and Postgres for data storage and querying
- Master the use of Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment, aligning with best CI/CD practices
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the engineering team, promoting an ethos of continuous improvement and innovation
- Collaborate strategically with product managers and stakeholders to formulate technical specifications, prioritize product features, and steer the product's strategic direction
- Align developmental strategies with user needs and business goals, ensuring the end product resonates with target audiences

- Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of successful application launches
- Solid expertise in Flutter and thorough understanding of developing universal applications
- Proficiency in using Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management
- Background in leading Agile teams and implementing Agile frameworks, with a preference for experience in Pivotal Labs
- Demonstrated leadership skills paired with strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with Angular for potential web application development
- Familiarity with operating in a Google Cloud Platform environment
- Flexibility to engage with event-based messaging for interservice communication
- Understanding of REST for microservices architecture
