This pivotal role will involve leading the architectural design and development of a transformative software tool that will revolutionize the residential home inspection process. This opportunity will leverage your proficiency in Flutter and your expertise in building scalable, performant applications across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of a universal Flutter application, ensuring optimal performance and security across all platforms
- Oversee the implementation of microservices architecture on the Google Cloud Platform to enhance interservice communication utilizing REST and event-based messaging
- Develop backend services with SpringBoot and Java, focusing on clean, maintainable, and test-driven code
- Strategize on data caching using Redis and manage data storage and queries using ElasticSearch and PostgreSQL
- Utilize Jenkins to implement efficient CI/CD pipelines in accordance with Pivotal Labs principles
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, feature prioritization and guide the strategic direction of the product
- Foster an Agile environment, leading the engineering team toward continuous improvement and innovation
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best coding practices

- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with a history of successful application deployments
- Expertise in Flutter and understanding of universal application development
- Proficiency in SpringBoot and Java
- Competency in Google Cloud Platform, microservices architecture, REST, and event-based messaging frameworks
- Skills in Redis, ElasticSearch, and PostgreSQL
- Experience in managing Jenkins and implementing CI/CD pipelines
