We are seeking a seasoned Senior Flowable Engineer ready to take on challenging automation projects that involve reengineering, creating, reviewing, supporting, and migrating business processes.

• Engage in grooming and solution discussions to refine project requirements
• Provide accurate estimations for project tasks
• Collaborate efficiently within a Scrum team setup
• Maintain proactive communication with the Decision Maker and team members
• Ensure the Development team meets all deliverables on time
• Actively liaise with consultants and customers to align project objectives and expectations
• Participate in discovery phases and grooming sessions to understand project scope and details
• Offer advice and propose effective solutions tailored to client needs
• Mentor and upskill team members in Flowable
• Implement best practices around Flowable to enhance project success
• Conduct hands-on development and set up Flowable environments

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a software engineering role with a significant focus on Flowable implementations
• Proficiency in Java and Angular
• Familiarity with Scrum or other agile development methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of business process management, automation tools, and workflow solutions
• Capability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a productive and innovative work environment
