Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the client's Experience team, Product Owner, and Engineering to analyze requirements, manage expectations, and estimate work
  • Design and develop user interfaces, ensuring approval before handoff to Engineering
  • Facilitate rapid prototyping and testing to validate concepts and optimize user experience
  • Conduct UX research to gather insights and ensure user-centric design solutions
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs align with technical constraints and feasibility
  • Present design concepts and lead discussions with stakeholders, iterating based on feedback
  • Manage multiple design projects, maintaining deadlines and quality
  • The role involves 70% collaboration and 30% design work, requiring strong communication skills
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of complex web applications
  • Proficiency with Figma and other design tools; willingness to learn new, complex design systems
  • Solid understanding of design languages, frameworks, and modern web trends
  • Experience in rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative design based on feedback
  • Proven UX research skills and a user-first design approach
  • Ability to navigate between high-level strategy and detailed design execution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying design concepts
  • A design thinking mindset with agility to iterate in fast-paced environments
  • Results-driven with a "get-it-done" approach
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative design cycles

  • Experience in conceptual and creative design direction, with advanced visual design skills
