This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

• Design user interfaces for complex web applications using SAP Fiori and Figma, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience
• Prototype and test design concepts quickly, refining them based on user feedback and testing results
• Conduct UX research to gather user insights, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design process
• Apply design thinking methodologies to iterate rapidly and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design frameworks
• Work closely with developers to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and scalable
• Present design ideas to internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs accordingly
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex web applications
• Willingness to learn SAP Fiori; proficiency with Figma and other design tools
• Solid understanding of design languages, frameworks, and modern web design trends
• Proven ability to quickly prototype and iterate designs based on user testing and feedback
• Experience in UX research and a user-centered design approach
• Ability to think at both strategic and detailed design levels
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly convey design concepts
• A design thinking mindset, with the ability to adapt and iterate in fast-paced environments
• A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in iterative design cycles

• Experience working with SAP products, especially SAP Fiori design systems
