We are seeking a seasoned Senior EIS Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions using the Exigen Insurance Suite (EIS). The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in EIS, along with strong technical expertise in Java technologies.

• Design and implement scalable software solutions using EIS Architecture v20
• Develop and maintain modules within EIS PolicyCore v20 and ensure seamless data integration throughout EIS Integration v20
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code and optimize application performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EIS capabilities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on development experience on the EIS platform
• Proficiency in EIS Architecture v20, EIS PolicyCore v20, and EIS Integration v20
• Strong technical expertise in Java
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities

• Familiarity with Docker
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
