Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.
You will be part of a small team responsible for implementing DevOps principles and managing CI/CD pipelines. This role involves deploying AWS services to our Production account and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. We encourage you to apply if you're ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Implement DevOps principles and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy AWS services to the Production environment weekly
• Troubleshoot and resolve failed or stuck deployments
• Create new pipelines for services from Development teams
• Migrate legacy pipelines from Azure ADO to AWS
• Collaborate with Development and Operations teams effectively
• Document processes and contribute to governance
• Monitor communication channels and follow business etiquette
• Manage tasks and priorities to meet deadlines
• Utilize AWS Cloud Development Kit for new service integrations
• Support software engineers and internal teams as needed
• Participate in high-frequency releases and product launches

• 3+ years of experience working in a public cloud environment
• Experience with the Amazon Web Services platform
• Solid experience deploying resources, including Amazon ECS and Serverless Lambdas
• Understanding of build and deployment resources like AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodePipeline
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Amazon VPC, Amazon S3, and AWS IAM
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and share ideas
• Proficiency in managing tasks and detecting opportunities to improve processes
• Experience with scripting in Bash or PowerShell is a plus
• Familiarity with AWS CloudFormation and deployment strategies
• Capability to design and implement DevOps pipelines for Infrastructure as Code
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Experience with AWS CodeBuild
• Familiarity with AWS Resource Access Manager
• Proficiency in Terraform
• Background in GitHub and GitHub actions
• Understanding of Azure DevOps concepts
