Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients tounderstand their business goals and objectives
• Validate and evaluate your ideas with stakeholders and users
• Responsible for creating and deliveringUX artifacts asuser flows, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes based onuser research and customer feedback that matches project needs optimized for awide range ofdevices and interfaces
• Take part indiscovery and research activities like user interviews, heuristic evaluation orcompetitor review
• Participating and facilitating design workshops
• Documenting client requirements and supporting design deliverables for the project
• Participate infeasibility-review sessions with front-end developers and architects
• Make precise estimations
• Work asan integral part ofthe design team bysharing statuses and blockers and maintaining workload transparency
• Meet deadlines and work with design leads tounderstand and prioritize workload
• Hand-on expertise instandardUX tools such asFigma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural and User testing tools
• Mentoring more Junior designers

• Atleast 5 years ofdesign experience
• In-depth knowledge ofresearch-based design process
• Ability toproduce design specifications and design prototypes
• Theoretical solid background (Composition, Color Theory, Typography, Design, and Art styles)
• Ability tosynthesize and communicate research findings, conceptual ideas &detailed design toall levels ofthe client organization
• Own all design deliverables onaproject, such asexperience maps, user journeys, interaction models, flows, IAschemes, systematic design, interaction design, and many others
• Being astoryteller- beable tocommunicate the story ofdesign solutions toclients compellingly
• Solid conceptual and systematic thinking; ability togive efficient feedback toothers and argumentation ofown decisions
• Strong presentation skills
• Upper-intermediate orhigher English level, both written and spoken (B2)

• Ability tocontrol and measure results atprojects
• Team management skills
• Ability tomanage and eliminate conflict issues

• Good visual/graphic design skills
