A leading financial institution in Greece has embarked on an extensive digital transformation journey to enhance its consumer product offerings. To support this, several teams are working collaboratively to deliver innovative digital solutions over a multi-year engagement.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Delivery Manager with a strong technical. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary on-site liaison, managing project delivery and stakeholder expectations, while driving continuous process improvement.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Act as an on-site communicator and coordinator across multiple development teams
- Collaborate with existing Delivery Managers to plan and control the execution of fixed-price projects
- Manage expectations of stakeholders at the director level, ensuring alignment on project goals
- Oversee planning, commitment, and delivery of the current project scope in partnership with the team
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to maintain steady project progress
- Engage in extensive communication with customer stakeholders to align on team-level requirements
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and clarify team roles, optimizing team effectiveness
- Provide people management, supporting team alignment and motivation
- Resolve conflicts and clarify responsibilities with customer stakeholders, such as Product Owners and Architects
- Deliver regular project status reports to internal leadership and customer stakeholders

- 7+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience executing fixed-price projects valued at over $1M annually
- Ability to manage relationships with Director-level and C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Background in digital banking or financial services is preferred
- Greek language proficiency and ability to travel to the customer's office in Athens
- Strong English language skills (B2+ level or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in dynamic project environments
