Responsibilities
- Be responsible for conducting RDS MySQL 5.7 and PostgreSQL 11 upgrades, ensuring system stability and durability
- Lead the process of RDS Aurora MySQL 5.7 upgrades, adapting to new features and improved performances
- Tasked with the management and execution of RDS CA Certificate Rotation, guaranteeing the system's safety and data protection
- Spearhead the process of on-premise MySQL to Aurora migration projects, ensuring the efficiency and compatibility of database systems with the application frameworks

- 3+ years of MySQL experience
- 2+ years of experience with Linux systems
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Terraform experience
- Good communication skills (interpersonal for interacting with the team, presentation skills for working with the clients)
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of both spoken and written English (B2 and higher)
- PostgreSQL is a plus but not a requirement
- Good understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins and/or GitLab)
