Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for advancing data prioritized by Domain Owners throughout the data certification framework
- Provide expertise on data usage, enforce policies on security and privacy, and maintain data integrity within assigned domains
- Develop business rules and document data lineage
- Carry out data cataloging and metadata management
- Track metrics, report on data domain status, and uphold governance standards
- Manage and maintain data classifications including retention, privacy, and criticality

- 3+ years of experience in data stewardship, governance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce for the Investor Domain
- Background in product and services offerings within the Offerings Domain
- Understanding of Associate and Employees operations in Workforce Domain
- Experience with P&L and balance sheets in the Financials Domain
- Knowledge of legal matters, survey methodologies, and risk management in the Corporate Services Domain
- Capability to use SQL for data manipulation and interaction with databases such as DB2, Oracle, and Snowflake
- Skills in using Data Governance tools like Collibra
- Qualifications in technical documentation and data lineage creation
- Familiarity with data governance concepts including data quality and privacy
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
- English proficiency (B2+ level) for effective communication and documentation
- Previous exposure in the wealth management or financial services industry
- Hands-on experience in creating technical documentation
- Understanding of data quality practices and metadata documentation
