- Design data models with extensible schema
- Implement data storage solutions using Amazon S3 and Delta tables
- Apply data security and privacy principles in all projects
- Utilize Spark and Databricks with PySpark for data processing
- Manage pipeline orchestration using Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow
- Ensure adherence to operational excellence principles
- Collaborate with team members to share responsibilities and ideas
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English
- Maintain organized documentation and project tracking
- Take ownership of projects and meet deadlines

- 3+ years of experience in data software engineering
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams
