We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will apply your expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning and statistical modeling to deliver impactful insights, optimize decision-making processes, and contribute to the development of innovative business solutions.
This role involves close collaboration with an onshore client team in a transitioning environment. A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills are essential to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and effective project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions using tools such as Python (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Spark
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover patterns and create advanced features to improve model performance
- Utilize cloud platforms like AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3) or GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery) to build scalable and efficient data science workflows
- Apply statistical techniques to generate actionable insights, validate hypotheses and support key business decisions
- Implement scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure datasets are prepared and optimized for data science workflows
- Create effective data visualizations and present findings to stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Matplotlib or Power BI
- Monitor deployed models to ensure long-term reliability and adapt solutions as new data becomes available
- Collaborate with the client team to acquire domain-specific knowledge and tailor data science solutions to meet business needs
- Experiment with cutting-edge algorithms, tools and techniques to optimize machine learning solutions and stay at the forefront of the field

- Advanced proficiency in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning and statistical modeling
- Extensive experience using Python for machine learning and statistical analysis and SQL for querying large datasets
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., SageMaker, S3, Lambda) or GCP (e.g., Vertex AI, BigQuery)
- Familiarity with distributed data systems such as Spark or Databricks and experience working with large datasets
- Knowledge of modern machine learning pipelines, including automation and optimization for production environments
