- Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on People/Talent Acquisition data systems (e.g., Workday, Recruiting platforms)
- Strong background in building and optimizing data models for Talent reporting
- Experience working with Databricks for data processing and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions
