We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a data scientist/analyst to help structure and understand the state of our data, identify gaps, identify statistically significant trends, and build out our dashboards. Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current approach for event collection and identify gaps or issues for resolution by the existing Engineering team
- Review and update existing dashboards and metrics to ensure consistency and clarity
- Establish clear cohort analysis and usage patterns, leveraging experience to shape dashboards
- Run statistical analysis on usage and cohorts to identify significant trends and usage patterns
- Support the existing team with their work on data analysis tools and platforms
- Deliver updated data schema/patterns for event collection and overhaul dashboards
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis of patterns on a bi-weekly or monthly basis

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Data Analytics and Visualization
- Extensive proficiency in Looker, utilizing its capabilities for insightful data analysis
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and cohort analysis for identifying significant trends
- Demonstrated experience in overhauling dashboards and ensuring consistency and clarity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing the ability to identify and resolve complex data-related issues
- Experience in supporting the existing team with data analysis tools and platforms
- Fluent English language skills at an Upper-Intermediate level
- Experience with other data analytics and visualization tools, broadening the scope of available analytics solutions
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R
