Responsibilities
- Collect and refine business and technical requirements
- Write documentation
- Handle changes requests, plan scope
- Manage expectations
- Investigate incidents (data and dashboard related)
- Consult client on data solutions (propose best dashboard layout and logic)
- Perform source-to-target mapping between several systems and from the source system to the final KPI on the dashboard
- Support on the build-up of our Data Catalog within our client, enhancing completeness and accuracy of our Data Dictionary, Business Glossary, Data Lineage, Data Classification and Governance
- Capability to read technical documentation of systems (API, Database models, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and management of BA stakeholders
- Previous experience in building Data Dictionaries, Business Glossaries, and Data Governance models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation to drive issues to completion
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Effective performance both independently and in a team setting
- Technical skills in SQL and Python
- Experience working with Atlan or any other equivalent Data Catalog tools
