• Design and implement solutions using the Spring Boot framework and the Microservices architectural paradigm
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to delineate, craft, and deploy novel features
• Produce code that is not only clean and efficient but also maintainable and well-documented
• Uphold the performance, quality, and responsiveness standards of applications
• Identify and rectify bottlenecks, addressing bugs as necessary
• Contribute to maintaining code quality, structure, and streamlining through automation
• Engage in thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and overall code quality
• Work collaboratively with the DevOps team to guarantee proper deployment and monitoring of applications

• A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in conceiving and implementing solutions using Java Spring Boot, demonstrating the ability to articulate technical intricacies across various implementations
• Proficiency in AWS, AWS SQS, and Apache Kafka
• Solid familiarity with the Microservices architecture for the creation of scalable applications
• Sound comprehension of RESTful web services and API design
• Background in working with relational/non-relational databases, such as Oracle RDBMS
• Familiarity with Git for version control, integration, and deployment
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and the associated DevOps practices
• Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English, at an upper-intermediate level or higher

• Prior experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
