Our new team member will edit and upload content to websites via Content Management Systems, where meticulous attention to detail and accuracy are a must. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, confidently engaging with clients to understand their needs and efficiently documenting and implementing best practices in content management.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, a well-equipped office in Tbilisi or coworking spaces in Batumi and Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
  • Create pages in CMS with provided content for website usage
  • Edit website content to keep it fresh and up to date
  • Perform basic edits on images and videos, ensuring they are web-ready
  • Report on progress regarding content changes and updates
  • Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Develop user guides and conduct training sessions on solutions
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • In-depth experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Solid practical knowledge of HTML
  • Skills in using tools to crop images, such as SnagIt
  • Track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel with deadlines
  • C1 English level, both verbal and written
Nice to have
  • Previous involvement with Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Product Information Management (PIM) systems
