Responsibilities
- Support the Growth Acquisition Team
- Define and deliver end-to-end content strategy for product experiences
- Conduct content audits and competitive evaluations
- Perform heuristic assessments of product content usability/accessibility
- Develop concepts and plans for content experimentation
- Create polished presentations in Figma and PPT
- Apply human-centered design methods to write, test, and deliver in-product content
- Produce content wireframes, sketches, and empathy maps
- Document voice flows and ML/AI prompts and guardrails
- Write long-form articles for Help Center and Destination Guides
- Contribute to the client's Design System by establishing content standards
- Build strong relationships with cross-domain content owners
- Define content workflows, best practices, and mapping for new product experiences
- Prepare and facilitate workshops
- Present content critiques and stakeholder reviews using Figma flows and PPT

- 3+ years of experience in Content Design
- Expertise in writing product UI content in American English
- Ability to utilize various content strategy/design frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and related content-specific plug-ins
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
- Competent in facilitation and workshopping
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of headless content management systems and GitHub
- Knowledge of AI/ML for content design, including NLU and prompt engineering
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Embraces a growth mindset and first-principles thinking
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration (Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Localization, Content Platform)
- Fluent English communication skills at a С1 level
- Background in managing large-scale content projects
- Certification in UX writing or content design
- Prior experience in the travel or technology industry
