Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements
• Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements
• Design details of automated systems
• May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
• May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues

• SME with Expert Knowledge in SAP SD/OTC functionality in all the areas of Order to Cash
• 10+ years of experience as Sr. SAP SD Business Analyst leading projects in SAP ECC 6.0/ S4 Hana
• Additional experience in the OTC (Order to Cash, Collections, PS, Revenue) functional area is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives)
• Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment
• Hands-on experience in implementing SAP projects and performing support activities
• Knowledge of SAP revenue recognition engine RAR, and exposure to ASC 606 revenue standards will be an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP Project system
• Exposure/experience of working in SAAS industry will be an advantage
• Experience with Integration SAP S4 Hana to SAP Callidus, SAP EMS, iCertis will be an advantage
• Strong Skills set in Contract Management, Billing Plans, Billing, and Collections
• Experience in BRIM implementation would be a plus
• Able to work in PST time zone on a daily basis
