In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, refine requirements, and deliver solutions that drive transformative changes in enterprise processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead functional client discussions, requirements refinement sessions, demonstrations, and walk-throughs tailored to diverse audiences
- Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture and document detailed business processes
- Define and manage user stories and acceptance criteria to align with configuration, development, and testing needs
- Plan capacity, prioritize backlog items, and organize sprints to achieve project objectives
- Collaborate with business solution architects and software architects to craft solution designs and coordinate associated development tasks
- Coordinate test activities with the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to equip target audiences for effective solution adoption

- Minimum of 12 years of experience with Salesforce development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent along with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Background in documenting business process diagrams along with expertise in creating epics and detailed user stories
- Agile methodology knowledge, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Understanding of enterprise business process analysis, requirements analysis, and organizational consulting
- Competency in coordinating collaboration among stakeholders, architects, and development teams
