Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources
  • Develop and maintain requirements for further development of reports and dashboards
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for business optimization and growth
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Support scrum team in development activities. Focus on clear product requirements
  • Build and maintain relations with stakeholders from different company divisions
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and BA Stakeholders management
  • Previous BA experience, focused on BA artifacts documentation, Data Analysis and Dimensional modelling
  • Strong understanding of the requirements lifecycle and quality criteria
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Effective performance both independently and in a team setting
