We are looking for a dedicated Senior Business Analyst to enhance our team focused on Supply Chain & Logistics.
The candidate will collaborate closely with business counterparts, local and regional IT departments, and several software vendors to align technology solutions with business strategies. This role demands a seasoned professional who can navigate complex project frameworks and contribute efficiently to the development and optimization of supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and define detailed requirements to support project and business objectives in Supply Chain & Logistics
- Create functional and technical requirement documents from business requirements
- Assist users in functional acceptance testing and support the release updates of new or existing applications
- Participate in the design and execution of implementation/configuration of retail and WMS solutions
- Coordinate internal business and technical teams to finalize requirements
- Serve as the subject matter expert during the project and post-implementation phases within the designated functional areas
- Provide functional and technical support to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and organize training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective change management in collaboration with the Regional IT team

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain & Logistics
- Proficiency in documenting and interpreting detailed business requirements and building functional/technical documentation
- Expertise in retail solutions and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong familiarity with project management practices and tools
- Experience assisting users during the testing phase and aiding in release management
- Capability to lead and conduct comprehensive training sessions and support change management efforts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for analytical thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based Supply Chain Management solutions
- Understanding of advanced supply chain analytics and reporting tools
