We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team, leading the requirements capture for Sitecore CMS design and build.

• Lead and manage requirements gathering and refining for Sitecore CMS
• Conduct discovery workshops to dive deep into client needs
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and gather critical feedback
• Validate and clarify new ideas and initiatives to enhance project outcomes
• Work across both the Squad and BAU teams effectively to prioritize business needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility of requirements
• Foster continuous improvement by identifying areas of enhancement in processes and technologies
• Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders on project status
• Assist in the development and revision of project scopes and timelines
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the growth and knowledge-sharing within the team

• Proven experience of 7-10 years as a Business Analyst in technological projects
• Proficiency in Sitecore 9.3 or later
• Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Competency in managing extensive stakeholders' meetings and refining complex requirements
• Familiarity with agile as a delivery framework to ensure timely execution of projects
• Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing situations

• Knowledge of additional marketing technologies similar to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience in migrating platforms or similar large-scale project executions
• Demonstrated capacity to work seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams
