This role is a critical liaison between the business and technology function, articulating the needs of the business while taking a systemic view of technology enablement, connecting the dots by understanding, articulating, and documenting the 'why' (business requirements) to the 'what' (functional requirement) and the 'how' (technical requirements). Agnostic of technology platform or business function, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in championing the goals of the business, evaluating, and identifying possible solutions, defining requirements that meet business needs, and collaborating to gain alignment with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Curious learner: You are an enthusiastic learner, that has a proactive appetite to learn new business processes, underlying technology systems, and related terminology
- 6+ years of experience working on enterprise digital initiatives, software development, or related IT projects as a Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
- CMS experience - Sitecore
- Salesforce experience is preferred
- Strong understanding and familiarity with enterprise digital platforms such as CRM, ERP, PIM systems
- Strong understanding and familiarity with data interchange across the digital experience thru engagement customer journey, enabled by API Management platforms
- Strong understanding and familiarity with business process definition, and functional areas such as Commerce, Marketing Automation, Content Strategy, Personalization, Customer Service critical to the success of client initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital design/development lifecycle; experience with Jira/Confluence toolset (preferred)
- UAT and testing experience (preferred)
