We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - SharePoint with 6-10 years of experience to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in transitioning from SAP P92 to a new system for intra-company service invoicing using SharePoint Online. This role will involve analyzing requirements, managing workflows, and ensuring seamless data integration and approvals within the Azure environment.

• Analyze and document business requirements for the new service invoicing system
• Develop and manage workflows using Azure Logic Apps
• Configure role and privilege management using Azure AD
• Facilitate the migration of data for manual uploads to SAP systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs
• Design and implement methodologies to optimize business processes
• Provide expert guidance on leveraging SharePoint Online for project needs
• Monitor project progress and deliver updates to senior management
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for system enhancement
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies

• 6-10 years of relevant work experience
• Competency in Microsoft SharePoint and Azure Logic Apps
• Proficiency in business requirements gathering and process mapping
• Understanding of data migration strategies and their execution
• Background in configuring role and privilege management systems
• Skills in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Capability to conduct user acceptance testing and validate results
