We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow.
This role involves driving enhancements and ensuring effective use of the ServiceNow platform in areas such as security, audits, data privacy, and business continuity management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving process improvements, managing disaster recovery plans, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis, design, and optimization of ServiceNow platform processes focused on security, audits, and data privacy
• Lead business continuity management initiatives including disaster recovery and backup planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technical implementations
• Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant security and data privacy regulations
• Facilitate and drive process improvements in Scrum ceremonies
• Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to communicate requirements and outcomes effectively

• Minimum of 3 years experience in process analysis specializing in ServiceNow platform and security
• Extensive knowledge in business continuity management, disaster recovery planning, and data privacy protocols
• Holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or equivalent
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in interacting effectively in an agile environment
• Strong aptitude for coordinating and leading projects that involve multiple parties and complex requirements
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
