We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a specialization in SAP ABAP to join our team. The successful candidate will have 6-9 years of experience and will be responsible for working as a liaison between development and business partners on SDLC projects. This role requires direct interaction with client/business stakeholders for requirements elicitation, proposing feasible functional solutions, supporting acceptance testing, and conflict handling. The ideal candidate will also work directly with development stakeholders to discuss requirements feasibility, resolve ambiguity, and review test scenarios.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to client/business stakeholders
- Collaborate with development stakeholders to ensure requirements feasibility and ambiguity resolution
- Document requirements of a software system with E2E traceability
- Work through project/change management tools for feature/epic description, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Gherkin BDD approach
- Interact with business teams, solution architect teams, and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with functional teams to collect and document requirements
- Participate in technical stacks of the project, including DB & backend services, ETL processes, API & Web Services, Batch Jobs, Notifications and Subscriptions, and Message Queues
- 6-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP ABAP
- Proven track record of working as a liaison between development and business partners on SDLC projects
- Direct experience working with client/business stakeholders for requirements elicitation, proposing feasible functional solutions, and supporting acceptance testing
- Ability to work with development stakeholders for requirements feasibility discussion, ambiguity resolution, and test scenario review
- Proficiency in documenting requirements of a software system and requirements management with E2E traceability
- Experience in working through project/change management tools for feature/epic description, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Gherkin BDD approach
- SDLC experience in Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, Scrum Ban, or SAFe
- Proficiency in ABAP components like User exits, BAPI, BADI, ALE, iDoc, RFC, oData, BDC, and Screen Programming
- Experience in ABAP projects like implementation, migration, upgrade, rollout, support, enhancements, or testing
- Ability to collect requirements from business teams or coordinate with functional teams and document in project management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
- B2+ English level
- Experience in software development and/or testing
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, RAP, and CAP
- Experience in leading domains like BFSI, Insurance, Payments, Healthcare, Life Sciences, ECOMM, and Supply Chain
- Familiarity with Scrum Master or Project Manager activities
- Onsite client location experience is a plus
