Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed system and business process analyses to identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and system requirements
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
  • Independently work with minimal supervision to deliver productive results
  • Create comprehensive documentation to support analysis and project progress
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis with demonstrated strong analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in system requirements and data requirements analysis
  • Background in healthcare or medical industries
  • Skills in interpersonal communication, facilitation techniques, and documentation
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance
  • Capability to adapt to new technologies applied to the clinical trials process
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced company environment
