We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Mobile and Web Applications to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, and agile methodologies to drive improvements and deliver cutting-edge solutions across mobile and web platforms.

• Gather, structure, and document requirements for web and mobile applications
• Apply working knowledge of APIs and agile methodologies such as scrum to enhance project execution
• Take a proactive role in stakeholder coordination, including conducting discovery sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Demonstrate a go-getter attitude combined with an analytical aptitude to dive deep into new concepts
• Coordinate and refine product, insurance concepts, and roadmap requirements across multiple teams
• Engage with application stakeholders such as Product Owners and Technical Architects for impact analysis
• Manage product backlog, refine requirements, and ensure user stories are well described and meet acceptance criteria
• Validate and support testing of solutions post-development
• Prioritize tasks effectively to lay a strong foundation for implementation

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in business analysis
• Proficiency in gathering requirements specifically for web and mobile applications
• Expertise in agile framework use and participation in scrum teams
• Qualifications in managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating business reviews
• Background in insurance concepts and application impact analysis
• Competency in validating/testing solutions and managing product backlogs
