We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our merchandising team. In this role, you will collaborate with Business counterparts, Local and Regional IT departments, and multiple software vendors to tailor solutions that address specific business needs. You'll be a crucial player in enhancing our Master Data, Pricing, Promotions, and Assortment functions.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements to support project and business objectives
- Create functional/technical requirement documents from business requirements
- Assist users with functional acceptance testing and support release updates of new or existing applications to aid project implementation
- Participate in design and execution of implementation/configuration of our retail and merchandising solutions
- Coordinate internal business and technical teams to finalize requirements
- Serve as the subject matter expert and provide support and administration within the functional areas of responsibility during and after project implementation
- Lead, organize training sessions for end users to facilitate change management in collaboration with Regional IT
- Provide functional and technical support to ensure systems functionality and efficiency

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in merchandising or a related field
- Proficiency in documenting detailed requirements for Master Data, Pricing, Promotions, and Assortment functions
- Expertise in functional and technical requirement documentation
- Familiarity with the design, execution, and configuration of retail and merchandising solutions
- Capability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Background in providing support and leading training for end users during change management
- Competency in maintaining and administrating merchandising systems post-implementation
