Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and manage requirements from stakeholders
• Communicate and facilitate discussions with stakeholders (Product Owners, Business Analysts) from different countries
• Possess and manage the Product Backlog by defining, prioritizing and refining tasks
• Possess a deep understanding of the product structure, business processes and data model
• Conduct Product Backlog Refinement/Grooming sessions to clarify and update requirements, decompose tasks, and formulate acceptance criteria
• Assist the development team in interpreting and clarifying requirements, decomposing tasks and formulating acceptance criteria
• Build and maintain the project documentation
• Help the QA team with manual and acceptance testing

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst
• Proficiency in working with specifications, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as experience in conducting requirements elicitation, analysis and management
• Understanding of requirements lifecycle and requirements quality criteria
• Experience in business process and data modeling
• Ability to build, compose and structure the project documentation
• Understanding the software development lifecycle
• Technical background with an understanding of microservice architecture, RESTful APIs and database design
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong written and spoken English

• Knowledge of requirements modeling notations (UML, BPMN, EPC, DFD, ERD)
• Education or work experience related to fintech
• Experience in Scrum/Kanban
