Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and oversee project deliverables
• Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement necessary adjustments
• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document project requirements
• Identify business needs, assess solution options, and recommend approaches to meet project objectives
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams
• Analyze existing processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and optimize business processes to align with project goals
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and status reports
• Present findings and progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders
• Ensure that project outcomes meet quality standards and business requirements
• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in project management and business analysis roles, ideally in a technology-driven environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project and JIRA
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and process inefficiencies
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English
