Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify dependencies and define requirements to support the project roadmap
• Write specifications and user stories with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Lead meetings to gather insights and track progress
• Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate their work
• Test features and address bugs to ensure quality outcomes
• Oversee engineering backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ensure alignment of technical initiatives with strategic objectives
• Refine user stories to meet project quality standards
• Develop capacity plans and delivery roadmaps for future projects
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and revise requirements accordingly
• Streamline communication between technical and non-technical teams

• 3+ years of business analysis experience
• Proficiency in API and Integration Platforms
• Background in Business Requirements Definition and Documentation
• Understanding of Scrum methodologies
• Skills in authoring user stories
• Knowledge of web development principles
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong proficiency in English for clear communication

• Background in developing customer-facing features
• Understanding of concepts related to Identity and Access Management
