DESCRIPTION
Do you have strong Business Analysis background and knowledge in Financial Services domain? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Senior Business Analyst.
Business analysts play an important role in providing scale and efficiency to the team by supporting product managers throughout the product development lifecycle from understanding user needs through to product delivery and adoption.
We use the model in which the PdM is ultimately responsible for the outcomes but is supported in a set of activities by the BA.
The PdM is the primary driver of the workstream, they are leading most conversations with users and are directly responsible from approving all decisions about scope, requirements and prioritization of work.

The BAs handle a lot of hands-on-keys work to capture the details of stories, answer questions from developers, run UAT sessions, etc. We'd like to attempt to hire someone to initially focus on our system's language as well as the adjacent applications of the system as well as our IDE IntelliJ.

- Previous experience working in Financial Services domain
- Coding experience

- Studied relevant discipline (math, economics, finance)
