• Work closely with Finance teams to define use case specifics, write BRDs, and secure stakeholder approval
• Collaborate with BI analysts, Data Scientists, and Finance analysts to ensure technical designs align with business requirements
• Provide feedback to the Product team for expanding solutions to meet additional user needs
• Manage the Project Plan and ensure timely completion of tasks from initial scoping to post-production maintenance
• Drive customer success by ensuring solutions meet expectations and continue to deliver value
• Support high standards of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular code
• Maintain data integrity and establish security procedures to protect confidentiality and data security
